Through pre-qualified and pre-negotiated services, this partnership ensures localized support via an extensive regional network, turnkey solutions, and a tailored response to the cybersecurity challenges faced by local governments and public sector entities.
As a digital and telecommunications purchasing cooperative, CANUT offers public procurement contracts that simplify the purchase of hardware, software, and services, covering all of its members’ digital and telecommunications needs.
CANUT, a nonprofit association established under the French Law of 1901, is a resource dedicated to local governments, social housing providers, and other public institutions, enabling them to benefit from preferential purchasing terms through turnkey framework agreements that comply with the Public Procurement Code.
The framework agreement covers the following services:
Services related to information system security throughout mainland France and the overseas departments and regions (DROM-COM)
Cybersecurity Services
Strategy, Management, and Regulatory Requirements
Overall Management of Information System Security and Implementation of an ISMS
Technical Services (Audits, Penetration Tests, Risk Assessments, etc.)
Cyber Crisis Management
Cybersecurity Training

How do I sign up for CANUT?
To take advantage of preferential purchasing terms, with turnkey framework agreements that comply with the Public Procurement Code, you must submit a subscription request through the CANUT Portal. The subscription takes the form of a service agreement that you must download (available for review without obligation by clicking “Prepare My Subscription” from the desired framework agreement).
- Create an account or log in to your member area on the CANUT portal: https://portail.canut.org
- Request to subscribe to the desired contract from the list of available contracts, in this case: Cybersecurity Services
- Once the access agreement has been signed, your organisation will be able to benefit directly from the framework agreement with the appointed supplier(s), in this case Almond.
