In-house training is given every year to new arrivals to teach them Almond best practices.
Your first day
On your first day, you’ll be welcomed by our HR team and your Team Leader, who will introduce you to the company and the tools you’ll be using. They will also give you your Welcome Pack in addition to your computer equipment: Almond backpack, sweatshirt and all the company’s goodies.
Integration morning and evening
New employees are invited to an integration day hosted by the company’s top management, and rounded off by a convivial evening during which you can treat us to a dish from your region.

On your way to meet our consultants…
Next, we’ll have you meet your peers for an interview. This will be an opportunity to showcase your career path, share your professional project and test your technical knowledge (oral questions, multiple-choice questions and a case study). Of course, we’ll keep a space for your questions!
We’d also like you to know that you won’t be meeting any of our sales people (unless that’s the job you’re aiming for), or any of our customers… since we only recruit on profile.

Nor in the days that follow, as we continue to support you regularly with integration points, events and activities (writing articles, business cases…).
