The CAIH (Hospital IT Procurement Center) is a public procurement center dedicated to healthcare sector stakeholders (hospitals, hospital groups, medical-social facilities, health agencies, etc.), created to consolidate IT and digital procurement for healthcare facilities.

How do I enroll in the CAIH?
To take advantage of preferential purchasing terms, including turnkey framework agreements that comply with the Public Procurement Code, you must submit a membership application on the CAIH Portal.
Standard Process for Joining a Marketplace
- To view the DCE and the BPU and to find out the fee schedule for making the contract available, you must submit a request for information regarding the relevant contract on the Members’ Portal.
- To receive the assignment agreement and gain access to the full terms of the contract, you must submit a membership application on the Members Portal.
- Once your membership application has been approved by the CAIH (which usually happens within the same day), you will automatically receive the service agreement via email and will have access to the contract documents directly on our portal
