Sèvres, 8th July 2026. Awarded for a period of three years, the PACS qualification covers all four consulting areas defined by the framework: information systems (IS) security architecture, IS security risk management, IS security accreditation, and cyber crisis preparedness.
Almond has been awarded the PACS qualification by the French Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI) for its cybersecurity support and consulting services. The qualification ensures that these services meet the requirements applicable to national security.
This qualification attests to Almond’s ability to deliver cybersecurity services that meet the requirements laid down by ANSSI, in high-security environments and for organisations in the public sector, for critical infrastructure, companies involved in defence and, more broadly, organisations subject to demanding security and resilience requirements.
High standards of expertise, methodology and confidentiality
The PACS qualification provides CISOs and their teams with a trusted framework for their most critical and sensitive projects. In particular, it is based on an assessment of consultants’ expertise, of the rigour of methodologies, the quality of internal procedures and compliance with strict rules on security, professional ethics and confidentiality.
At Almond, this qualification covers activities that are central to ensuring the security of information systems: defining secure technical and organisational architectures, assessing and treating cyber risks, supporting accreditation processes and decision-making, and strengthening organisations’ ability to prepare for and respond to major cyber incidents.
A key milestone in the HORIZON 2030 strategy
Obtaining this qualification is part of Almond’s HORIZON 2030 strategy, which aims to strengthen the group’s capabilities over the long term regarding digital sovereignty, cyber defence and organisational resilience.
As cyber threats intensify, regulatory obligations are evolving and organisations become increasingly dependant on digital systems, the security of critical functions is an issue of public interest affecting continuity and sovereignty.
